Yes! I am available to massage and yoga sessions and I have a one off price under ‘my services’. These are tailored to your needs physically and mentally. Also babies are welcome. I also have a pregnancy pillow to suit different stages of pregnancy!

Yes. What I have described in the ‘my services’ is the main points that I have found will help women and their families through birth and beyond. However, our consult will discuss what you particularly need for your family.

If you have a package that includes labor and birth and I am not able to make it, there will be an adjustment in the price! Normally this will be because of uncontrollable circumstances, birth sometimes surprises you!

This will be discussed before you book a appointment or session with me, I may be on call for a birth which will just be the agreement before booking. However, we will re-schedule as soon as possible.

“Female servant to childbearing women” Doula for women has been around for centuries, just not under a professional name. Today a birth doula provides education, supporting and nurturing through pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. v To me a birth doula is a female sister, close friend, mentor that can help support and guide you through this life event.

A birth doula is a non-medical support person. Doula’s focus on caring for you physically and emotionally. A midwife is a medical professional, they will provide physical assessments, diagnosis, medical treatments, or deliver your baby - a birth doula will not.

No! Doula can help through any part of the pregnancy and post, never too late. Give me a call and we will organise a meeting right away.

I offer free community group sessions. Offer one off sessions including help in the home, education classes and preparation. Also massage and yoga - all of my services can be done with payment plans (discussed in person only)
