I support people through movement, recovery, pregnancy, and life transitions with a grounded, compassionate approach that helps them feel more connected to their bodies.
Originally from Australia and now based in Invermere, British Columbia, I fell in love.... and fell in love with the valley over 8 years ago now. I’m a lifelong mover and outdoor lover who feels most at home when I am doing an activity outdoors - biking, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, and exploring nature whenever possible.

My Background
I studied Remedial Massage in Australia in 2011 and have experience working within spas, wellness spaces, and active environments supporting a wide range of bodies and lifestyles.
In 2022, I completed both my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Birth Doula training, expanding my work into movement, breath, recovery, and perinatal support.
My work combines massage, yoga, and supportive care to help people feel stronger, calmer, and more at home in their bodies.
For a long time, I didn't truly understand the ins and outs of my own body.
Like many people, my relationship with my body has evolved over time.
In my 20s, while working as a fitness instructor and bodybuilder, I often approached health through pressure, discipline, and pushing harder. Over time, I realised true wellbeing isn’t built through force alone - it comes through connection, balance, movement that feels good, nervous system support, time outdoors, and learning to actually listen to the body.
That understanding continues to shape the way I support others today.
