Emotional support is about feeling seen, heard, and safe in your body and your choices. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or simply moving through a tender season of life, I offer steady presence, reassurance, and education that builds trust and confidence. You don’t have to hold everything on your own.
Emotional Support

Our bodies are constantly changing - through pregnancy, postpartum, stress, and everyday life. I offer physical support through massage therapy and yoga, helping to release tension, support circulation, and reconnect you to your body. Sessions can be gentle, strengthening, or deeply restorative, and can be shared with friends or little ones when appropriate.

I believe that during this stage of your life it is important to have a strong female circle that you can rely on. I myself am a long way away from my family (mother and grandmother); so the Supportive Sister will be offering 2 monthly get togethers for pre and post natal chats! This is to build a strong sisterhood in your community.

Massage
I get it! Creating human life can take its toll on your body. It’s doing incredible things, and it’s normal to feel those aches and pains. But you don’t have to suffer through. My massage services will help target your specific needs so that you can feel comfortable before and after growing your babe, it can also be helpful with breastfeeding.
Please understand this service is in the comfort of your own home.

Yoga
Staying physical in a mindful way during and after pregnancy is important for yours and your baby’s health. I offer 1-1 yoga sessions for pre and post natal mothers and partners. This service is tailored to your needs and included in your doula package or pay as you need.

Doula Services
My one-on-one Doula services general package offers support during 2nd & 3rd trimester in preparation for your birth, presence during labor & support after birth.
I also have options to add in Postpartum support for you, your partner and new addition.

I support women through many seasons of life — offering massage, yoga, and perinatal care rooted in presence, softness, and trust. I’m so glad you’re here. This is a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can rest, move, and feel supported.
I am not a mother myself, but I am deeply passionate about supporting women in ways that feel calm, informed, and human. My work is shaped by a long-standing curiosity about the female body, nervous system, and inner world. I studied massage therapy in Australia in 2011, yoga in 2022, and completed my Birth Doula training in 2022.
I believe women deserve support that helps them reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and feel less alone — through touch, movement, and care.

I began to notice how many women move through life without fully recognising their own strength - not because it isn’t there, but because it hasn’t always been supported or reflected back to them. This inspired me to share what I had learned and to begin offering grounded, holistic support within my local community and beyond.
The Supportive Sister was born from the belief that confidence grows when we feel supported. It is a welcoming space for women to reconnect with their bodies, trust themselves, and remember they don’t have to do it alone.
